In our day-to-day lives, exposure to environmental toxins such as herbicides (including glyphosate), pesticides, and heavy metals has rapidly increased. While the body has developed an efficient process of removing these toxins, the increased exposure rate undoubtedly puts undue stress on our natural detox systems. Toxins contain dangerous free radicals that cause oxidative stress, resulting in increased inflammation, reduced immune function, and damage to mitochondria and mitochondrial function. Removing these toxins while supporting the natural detoxification process is critical to supporting patient health.*
ToxinPul™ is a multi-function binder and detox support formula developed to provide your patients with the most comprehensive support available. Utilizing multiple mechanisms of action, ToxinPul™ binds toxins and metals throughout the body while supporting the healthy function of the critical detoxification pathways and organs such as the liver and the kidneys.*
ToxinPul™ consists of clinically researched ingredients, each with a specific role in promoting the body’s healthy detoxification of herbicides and metals. Particular forms and sources of ingredients were chosen for their exceptional purity and efficacy, such as Quercefit®, a unique form of quercetin that is 20x more absorbable than standard quercetin, as well as PureBind™, a superior, premium humic acid known for its purity and concentration. (Contains 70% humic acid vs. the 30% found in most standard humic substances).
It is recommended that patients consume a multi-mineral supplement such as Core Minerals™ to ensure adequate essential minerals while using this product.

With glyphosate in and out of the news in the last few years, many people aren’t sure if they have been exposed to the chemical and whether they should be concerned about it at all.
We are going to share with you what it is, the different ways you can get exposed to the chemical, how it can affect your health, and what you can do to limit your exposure to the chemical and reduce glyphosate levels in your body.
Glyphosate is a chemical used as a herbicide. When applied to plant leaves, it blocks the production of proteins that the plant needs to grow. it blocks a specific enzyme pathway known as the shikimate pathway, an essential metabolic pathway necessary for plants to grow. Humans and animals do not have a shikimate pathway; however, bacteria (including the essential beneficial bacteria found in the human microbiome) do.
We are exposed to glyphosate in many different ways. Some people may be exposed to glyphosate because of their work, especially those who work in farming and groundskeeping.
Because the chemical is used on our food as an herbicide and to dry out grain and bean crops, we are often exposed to it when we eat. In 2016, for example, Food Democracy Now! and The Detox Project found high levels of glyphosate in several popular products.
Glyphosate can also enter our drinking water because it can seep down into the soil and groundwater when used as an herbicide and can enter streams and rivers during flooding and heavy rains. The wind can pick up the chemical, allowing it to reach places far away from where it was initially used. It has also been found in the dust within homes that are not part of a farm.
In addition to what appears to be increased exposure to glyphosate over the years, the build-up (or bioaccumulation) of glyphosate in the body has been observed in studies using rodents.
Products that have the USDA Certified Organic seal must have been grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, including glyphosate-containing chemicals. So, in short, yes – buying organic means glyphosate hasn’t been added directly to the products in your food. However, testing in some cases has shown trace amounts of glyphosate even in organic foods. Most likely the result of cross-contamination from machinery or the chemical being used on a nearby crop.
Because of the widespread use of glyphosate, it is almost impossible to avoid exposure to the herbicide altogether. To combat this reality, it is recommended for people to do a glyphosate detox.
A detox is a regimen you can implement to reduce the levels of glyphosate (and other toxins), in your body. If you are a patient looking to learn more about a detox protocol, you should speak to your doctor.
Glyphosate is prevalent nearly everywhere in our environment. We can encounter the herbicide in our drinking water, in the “healthy” foods we purchase from the stores, and wherever grounds are being maintained (like workplaces, homes, and even hotels and resorts).
This high and consistent exposure to the chemical is very alarming. Doing a detox can help reduce levels of the chemical in your body.*
